Lin Sir graduated from the BSc in Chemistry of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) majoring in Chemistry at the same university. He attained Grade A in all Maths & Science subjects in HKCEE, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. He also received distinction in coursework for his PGDE program.
With ten years of experience teaching full-time at a Band 1 DSS secondary school school in Hong Kong, he specializes in teaching Chemistry and Science, and he was a HKDSE examiner. In recent years, he is full time offering tutorials for IGCSE / GCSE students in UK and HK, teaching them Chemistry, Biology and Physics, as well as GCE A-Level Chemistry.
His local students are from Diocesan Boys’ School, Wah Yan, La Salle, Ying Wa, St, Margaret, Evangel, Precious Blood, Tang King Po, Yew Chung, etc. His oversea students are from Worth School, New Hall School, Oakham School, Trent College, St Peter’s Catholic School (Guildford), etc.
For the 2024 academic year, 100% of his student achieved a grade of 8-9 in IGCSE Chemistry and Biology.^
